We are based in Portland, Oregon, and serve the Portland metro area as well as surrounding cities. Please contact us if you’re unsure whether we serve your location!
Are your nurses licensed?
Yes, all nurses are licensed RNs with experience in surgical and postoperative care. All also have current or previous experience working in plastic surgery.
Is there a surgeon you’re affiliated with?
While we are an independent service, we work in close collaboration with local surgical teams and surgeons to support their postoperative instructions. We’re happy to provide trusted surgeon recommendations if needed.
What is the typical length a client asks for services?
Most clients book between 6 and 24 hours of care, with some opting for extended support up to 48 hours, especially for overnight monitoring and follow-up transport. Care is tailored to each client’s needs and procedure.
Do you provide transportation?
Yes. We offer safe, private transport from your surgical facility to your recovery location and to your follow-up appointments as needed.
Do you provide a recovery location?
While we do not offer our own recovery suites or housing, we are happy to provide recommendations for luxury accommodations that are well-suited for postoperative recovery, including discounted hotels and private stays. Most clients receive care in their home, hotel, or Airbnb.
Where do you sleep for overnight care?
Our nurses typically stay in a nearby guest room or an adjoining room, depending on the location of your recovery.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy aligns with most plastic surgeons. We require a 25% deposit at the time of scheduling to secure services and date(s). The remaining balance is due 3 weeks before your surgery. A detailed and full policy will be provided including our refund policy.
