Kat Caruk is the founder of Cascadia Luxury Postoperative Care and a dedicated surgical nurse with over a decade of experience in the operating room and five years specializing in postoperative nursing care. With a strong foundation in plastic and aesthetic surgery, Kat brings a rare depth of insight into the entire surgical experience—from the vulnerability of the preoperative chair, to the precision of the operating room, to the critical and quiet moments of recovery. Her hands-on experience across all phases of care has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs, expectations, and emotional nuances that accompany elective cosmetic procedures. Kat is highly skilled at recognizing subtle signs, anticipating patient needs, and offering compassionate guidance through recovery. Whether supporting clients after a facelift, body contouring, breast surgery, or another aesthetic procedure, her mission is to deliver personalized, clinically informed care that prioritizes safety, comfort, and peace of mind. Kat believes recovery is a deeply personal and vulnerable time—and she is committed to helping patients move through it with confidence, calm, and compassion.

SURGICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT

Christin graduated from the Med-Assist School of Hawai’i in 2006 and has worked in Plastic Surgery and Cosmetic Dermatology since 2015. A native of O’ahu, Hawai’i, she moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2018, where she spent over two years working for a prominent cosmetic dermatologist in Bellevue, WA. Now based in Oregon to be closer to family, Christin has continued to expand her expertise in aesthetic medicine, including over a year of specialized experience in facial plastic surgery. She currently serves as a full-time surgical coordinator, guiding patients through every step of their surgical journey—from initial consultation and education to scheduling, preoperative preparation, and postoperative care. Known for her warm, approachable demeanor and meticulous attention to detail, Christin is passionate about helping others feel confident, informed, and supported. She is deeply committed to making each client’s experience smooth, empowering, and pleasant from start to finish.
