Kat Caruk is the founder of Cascadia Luxury Postoperative Care and a dedicated surgical nurse with over a decade of experience in the operating room and five years specializing in postoperative nursing care. With a strong foundation in plastic and aesthetic surgery, Kat brings a rare depth of insight into the entire surgical experience—from the vulnerability of the preoperative chair, to the precision of the operating room, to the critical and quiet moments of recovery. Her hands-on experience across all phases of care has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs, expectations, and emotional nuances that accompany elective cosmetic procedures. Kat is highly skilled at recognizing subtle signs, anticipating patient needs, and offering compassionate guidance through recovery. Whether supporting clients after a facelift, body contouring, breast surgery, or another aesthetic procedure, her mission is to deliver personalized, clinically informed care that prioritizes safety, comfort, and peace of mind.
